Hydraulic Ram repairs and manufacturing complete ram to customer specification.
All cylinders are dismantled and inspected to check the condition of the rod and cylinder bore.
All hydraulic cylinders have sealing faces cleaned and repaired if necessary. Cylinder bores are honed.
If required new rods and cylinders can be machined as precise replacements.
When complete they are pressure tested to check gland and piston seals.
